By submitting content to Faharea.com, including but not limited to reviews, comments, or artwork created using our techniques, you grant Faharea Art Courses a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

6.2. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that the content does not violate these Terms and Conditions.

7. Payment and Refunds

7.1. All payments for courses are processed securely through our designated payment processors.

7.2. Course fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase or after accessing more than 25% of the course materials, whichever comes first.

7.3. Refund requests within the eligible period must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 days.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.

8.2. If negotiations fail, any controversy or claim shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

8.3. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the location shall be determined based on the primary location of Faharea Art Courses.

8.4. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Faharea Art Courses is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

Faharea.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

11. Severability
